We’ve moved back to our original location in downtown Saluda next to the depot. In our newly renovated building we have two stories and 3,000 square feet of floor space which we will share with Estate Antiques. The  reason for our move is three fold. First, the Historic District in Saluda has evolved in the last 10 years. We now have many interesting shops and fine restaurants in our three blocks of Main Street. The property owners, business owners and town government have been vigilant in keeping Saluda’s historical character while building a vibrant business atmosphere. Secondly, location, our property offers a high visibility building and ample off street parking and is very pedestrian friendly. Lastly, competition, when we first opened our doors in 1985, there were three practicing real estate brokers in town- now there are thirty active licensees.
We’re upgrading our website to reflect the times, please bear with us as we iron out the kinks. It’s more interactive and database driven at the same time we want to maintain a personal feel. The Latest News section will be about current events that relate to Saluda real estate. The Saluda Articles will be past stories from publications about Saluda. We hope you enjoy our new format..
