Saluda Realty is now located at 435A East Main Street right at the head of Main Street in our 2,500 square foot Southland Log Home model. We share our location with our general contracting firm, Saluda Construction. Over the last 20 years we have brokered over 1,000 real estate transactions, sold over 85 Southland kits, and participated in dozens of real estate developments. We also specialize in commercial sales and rentals.  

So far in 2013, I have already submitted four offers on behalf of clients for unimproved vacant lots. I am positive that this is a sign that the economy is turning around and custom home building is rebounding.
