Saluda Realty specializes in real estate development, brokerage, land sales, home sales and commercial & vacation rentals. The real estate office was founded in 1985. In 1992 their sister company, Saluda Construction was formed. In 1994 Saluda Realty became dealers of Southland Log Homes for South Western North Carolina and have since sold approximately eighty log home packages.

Grier Eargle started at Saluda Realty in 1987 and has worked full time as owner of the real estate business since then. Prior to that he was head chef at several Washington DC area restaurants. He enjoys gardening, landscaping, music, cooking and most of all, his wife and three children. He is married to Faith Ann Eargle.
